Very nice 5th wheel rv. You didn't mention the hitchweight. The factory lists hitchweight as 2,270 pounds. The payload capacity on my 2021 F250 Diesel is 3,175 pounds. When you do the math you are very close to the payload max. Might want to look into an F350. Happy travels.

Nice rv. I like the kitchen area. And the light color is the only one i would get. We have a 42 feet heartland bighorn and we are thinking about another one. I like the front living. We also changed the king bed to queen. We had cut platform but we dont have big pretty dog like bo. Lol. Thanks for another great video. We will look into this one as well since we are full time.

Havent had to run the heater, but we did just finish camping for a week and had the AC on 24x7... quiet and comfortable... even in 93-degree weather.

I'm down to 5'1" so in addition to all of the storage I would need a place for my foot stool. I'm not sure why the mfgr's always make the cabinets so deep, so the next thing for me would be to install sliding drawers, or containers that would slide in and out easily. Last time you had a decorator give you some suggestions on work space, etc. I can see why you like this new home on wheels, and I look forward to seeing how you make it your own..Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the review of your new rig! I just found your channel (KZbin). My wife and I are seriously looking at this same trailer. We’re also looking at a similar trailer, Jayco Eagle and the Durango Gold. All rear den styles. We love camping and are getting close to retirement. That’s when we’re going to branch out for weeks at a time and not just for long weekends. What other trailers did you look at and what made you decide on the Montana? Oh, could you option for a second couch instead of the dining table? Thanks again for all you two do. 😎

For a minute there I thought you said "quality" and "RV" in the same sentence ;-) Look, anyone who has had an RV knows that these are made about as cheaply as possible, except for maybe an Oliver camper. None of them can survive the typical 4.4 earthquake (what the design experiences when traveling down the typical American road) and after awhile, everything falls apart and needs to be re-glued, stapled back together or replaced. Nature of the beast except for maybe a Prevost 3 million dollar conversion.

Beautiful new home! That gadget you used to keep the fridge closed, did it come with the unit or did you buy it? I really need one. I have a freezer on top and a frig section on the bottom. I stuff a dish towel between them when traveling.

I am very curious to know how it does in the UP in January! I am in Michigan, now, and the grandkids and I have spent the entire summer camping around the mainland in Michigan. Houghton Lake, Budd Lake and we will visit Boyne Falls in a few weeks. We went somewhere south about an hour and a half NW of Detroit but I can’t remember the name. But we haven’t ventured into the UP yet. It’s hard to find a good campsite without reserving well in advance because the campgrounds fill up and stay that way, which I will do for next year. I have never given Michigan the appreciation it deserves. I have always popped in, picked up the grandkids, then left. This year we decided to explore Michigan and I am sorry I didn’t do this sooner!

Wow! That looks amazing. Our little keystone hideout 25 foot would fit inside of yours. I do have one question about the ability to get through the fifth wheel with the slides in. Can you get to the bathroom with everything closed up? Just wondering for when you stop on the road I need to get into the bathroom.

Yes, you can access the bathroom. Whew! But our one criticism is that when slides are in, you cannot access the fridge or kitchen. The outdoor griddle and small fridge come in very handy for that so it is workable.

If i do a you tube video of my Keystone travel trailer is it possible i mite be able to get my GE air conditioner fixed before the end of September when i was given an appointment. By the way it crapped out after only 4 trips which was a month ago and thats when i made the appointment. What’s really disappointing is its a brand new 2022 keystone Bullet Premier and it stopped working in the middle of summer…. Not happy.

We loved the Arcadia. We moved up to the Montana for more room, an outdoor kitchen and a washer and dryer, which we needed because of our extended stay on our Tennessee property.

Just doing some math. You owned the Arcadia for about a year. RVTrader puts a new value at about $48,000. Sales tax (sunk cost for the Arcadia) here in Washington state is 10% =$4,800. First year depreciation on the Arcadia 19.3% = $9,264. So it cost $14,064 to not go to the laundromat?

We like our Montana High Country also bought from Tiara RV Sales but would never recommend them to anyone. Before buying our RV, we asked them to fix a squeak in the floor. They hacked the membrane under the coach apart to put in shims but never replaced the insulation and membrane back to the manufacturer’s condition. It was not discovered until recently and Tiara said too bad. It was almost two years later till it was discovered under the underbelly. Gary, the supervisor, told us to turn it into the insurance company for something that they neglected to do. He was heartless in trying to remedy the situation that his service department caused. Would never recommend buying an RV from them.
