I think it's only fair that I comment considering just how many times I've replayed this video. BatmanFangurl, excellent work, this was absolutely amazing. You perfectly captured their entire backstory within minutes and chose a fitting song as the added bow on top. This deserves many more views than it currently has. A job well done, you should be very proud.

I know Salem made selfish choices that led her down the path of ruin but still I can't help but emphasize with her. Seriously, she lost the man she loved and while the pain was still fresh the Gods kept giving him and taking him away while he was still in her arms, and something like that will mess up anyone. And on top of that they took away her choice of ending her pain on her terms. How can she find out the meaning of death if she saw for herself that the divine beings can give and take life just easily as waving their hands, making it seem like it is meaningless to them
