And if you look at it the Cowardly Lion (Lionheart) lost his courage and died. The Tin Man has lost his heart, and will die, and the Scarecrow is losing his mind, and will probably die.

Looking back it is amazingly unfortunate how predictable this show had become.

I have a preditiction for V9 and you can mark me on this. The head master of Shade (Vaccuo) will be the only head master not to die. In fact, I predict he the most helpful, trustworthy and supportive of all the headmasters to the heroes. Once he gets over the initial shock of all the Atlesian refugees dumped at his door step.

You guys are the only ones I've watched that keep blaming Robin for the death of Clover. I had to go back and watch it again before I realised she escalated the whole thing on the ship. Qrow was quite willing to go back and sort things out, Robin wasn't even on the wanted list but went postal cos y'know, gotta stick it to the man. If Qrow and Clover had made it back to speak to Ironwood, would he have still gone off his trolley quite so badly? Now I'm all cross about it...

I disagree. Clover still wanted Qrow apprehended in handcuffs so it would have still escalated Robyn just expedited the process. and given Ironwoods current state the need to fight against the idea to abandon mantle makes more sense given this episode

Prediction (not spoilers, just my guesses): Winter will disable the bomb, get into a fight with the Ace Ops and die. Ironwood and Qrow will fight to their mutual deaths. Cinder, Watts and Neo will unite and secure the staff for Salem by manipulating Penny. Penny may or may not die again. The season will end with the reappearance of Salem. Fun times all around. Oh, yeah-- and that Bumblebee kiss is coming. They've gone too far to turn back now.

Great reaction. My take- Enter cartoon villain Ironwood. Complete with evil back lighting. Like they really needed to jackhammer the point home that Ironwood Bad. Even his decisions to blow up the rescue ships and destroy Mantle to pursued the kids made no sense. How about Arthur "Savage" Watts!!! Verbally spanking an entitled, egotistical, maiden powered megalomaniac into submission. All while being held at (grimm) arms length over an abyss by the same. Best scene in the entire volume so far. I like the way he stopped holding on to her arm like 'I dare you, you weak willed fool, to let me fall. You WILL listen to everything I have to say.' The power of Watts, unleashed! Yeah, I figured Hazel was gone and Emerald would survive. With her current plot armor level she should last the entire rest of the volume with out any harm coming her way. Hazel lost all of his the moment he flipped. Sorry Kristen, No way Robyn will die. She has the appropriate character attributes favorable to this show to keep her in the Series as long as Emerald. Unfortunately the same can't be said about Qrow. Now that he is back to being a tough guy (albeit angry, obsessed and on a mission), add to that the ship tease of V7 is done with, and he is being shown keeping company with a female to remind us of the old Qrow, I think his plot armor level has dropped into the Red. He may not have many episodes left in the series. I am wondering if he will get killed trying to take out Ironwood. Or they may kill each other. Ironwood also has a certain level of plot armor as a villain. But if he goes up against any of the heroes directly, he may be killed. I am thinking by Qrow. Either way, I think Ironwood is destined to get Adam'd. I do hope they are not trying to garner some kind of sympathy for Cinder. That would be silly writing imo. Let alone make her redeemable. Great reaction as always guys and gal, keep up the good work.

Ironwood's decision makes perfect sense in his twisted, broken mind. Have to agree on Watts, though. It was a pure joy getting to listen to Chris Sabat verbally chew the scenery.

Confirmed ozpin is certainly a lot stronger than salem
