Would you spend this much on an air bike? Why or why not?!
@ctsingletonboxing28296 жыл бұрын
Garage Gym Reviews I would not, I've got the Echo bike and love it! The only difference in that bike is the magnets in my opinion. So I'm good with my Echo
@kadams9446 жыл бұрын
For $1800 I think the fit and finish should be significantly better. Schwinn and Echo definitely look better.

You've got that right! I found a Star Trac Turbo air bike for sale locally and haven't been able to find much info on them. They're a commercial grade bike that sold a t a high retail price so they're not many of them out there. I think I'm going to pass on that in favor of an Echo.

@@tommymillett1675 so what did you choose, i am trying to make a decision between, this bike, the echo, and the assault elite
@tommymillett16755 жыл бұрын
@@joenarvaez19 Yup, I bought the Echo and it's a beast! Built like a tank and wrecks me in 4 minutes doing the 10 second max effort / 20 second slower rest speed intervals for 8 sets. This along with some other timed intervals are built into the computer to guide you. I don't have direct experience with other bikes so I can't directly compare them, but I really like the Echo.

If price wasn't an issue then why not? Since I am not rich I will say pass. You could buy a airdyne and a skierg for that price. If you bought used you could throw in a rower also.

Greetings Coop :) My name is Dan I'm from Israel. Love your youtube channel! I also follow on Instagram. I'm building a home gym, and in order to complete it I wanna buy a belt driven air bike. The thing is the only air bikes we have in the Israeli market are the XEBEX AIRPLUS EXPERT and the Schwinn airdyne pro aka ad8. The xebex air bike is in stock but the Schwinn ad8 will be in stock only in the next 6 months. Putting price aside, based on your experience. My question is: Would you wait for the schwinn ad8 or go with the xebex. It would be much appreciated to have your support in this matter. Thanking you in advance for your kind attention . Keep making great videos💪😎🙏🇺🇸🏋️♂️ Best regards, Dan.

Another piece of gear for the "cost is no object home gym". :) Along with a WERKSAN bumper plate set. Eleiko $5000 WL platform, ROGUE $6500 leg press machine (weighs 700-lbs...HUGE...have to build your home around it to get it into the exercise room...as no one with a "garage gym" would have the funds... The idea of any workout is to do exercises to mimic the motions of the sport you're training for. Or for the muscle groups you're developing/targeting. Having said that...as far as exercise bikes go...I think the Concept2 Bikeerg is the best in terms of function as it best mimics a bike in the way you sit/ride it. Not sure if it's belt-driven. Forget. Might be the only negative. If they could put "road bike type handles" on the ROGUE Echo bike they'd have something. As it is...you could simply pedal on the Echo bike when you want to mimic a real bike. Better yet...when the weather is good...get on an actual bike!!! :)) Similarly...instead of using an elliptical...GO OUTSIDE...go to a stadium, bleachers and do the steps, run up a steep hill...even better when it's covered in snow...etc. :)) The whole point of a home gym is to build one as cheaply as possible. Because you can't afford a gym membership. :) Or, you live in a small town of 20 people..no gyms for 300 miles...HEH...
