Ryan, you should get yourself a sous vide cooker. You can prepare your proteins all at once very efficiently, and they're vacuum sealed so will stay good for a long time in the fridge. You also don't have to supervise so it's a time-saving method as well.

How does the pre-training shake only contain 13 grams of fat when he said he put in 40 grams of Peanut Butter which by itself is 20 grams of fat?
