Wash it after cooking. You will just see the dirt coming off and it will become nice and clean.

IDK if you have Trader Joes in the UK, but they have this BBQ teryaki chicken that goes excellent with brocolli and rice. Potentially a good meal for outside of prep! Keep up the awesome content though Ryan.

Awesome tips my man, I do normally weigh my rice before hand and it’s a pain in the ass. I’m just going to do it in bulk and use the cooked rice calories in future 😅

hah i have the same air fryer. I actually wake up about 40 minutes earlier to prep meals fresh each day. I just like doing ti that way cause 1) the food is fresher and 2) I find the process a bit meditative.

Dear Ryan, wash the rice before cooking with warm water for 1 minute and add a teaspoon of chicken bouillon to its cooking water. Then thank me later.
