This home tour is literally the first and only home tour I have ever re-watched start to finish. The simplicity and the beauty is just breath-taking. I’got the feeling that Ryan really liked this property and was not just being a real estate agent. Maybe I’m wrong but that was the sense I got.

Really nice home, love the interior design. But please, at a 24 Mil price tag there should be full batteries inside the smoke detector. While at it, might also wanna fix the leak on the pool tripple faucet that is soaking the retaining wall.

I've watched lots of tours of unattainable houses on youtube. I think this might be my favorite. So much attention to design and creating a warm environment that feels like a house instead of a museum.

...my favorite part ended up being Holland! The way he dressed I thought he was going to be loud, obnoxious, and self-centered like Nile Niami. But when he started explaining the thought process behind the design, gave credit to his team, and showed the house and the sight lines, it all made sense and came together in a cohesive package. He's the kind of developer I will become... except I'll have better taste in fashion ;D

I personally loved his outfit. If he was dressed like bob marley would dress in Jamaica, I wouldn't mind either. Everyone should be free to dress as they feel comfortable. I also loved the way he showed the house. So much knowledge and passion for what he does. You hardly see it nowadays.

There's NO bad view ... entering into each room, a peaceful view is framed. My favorite place would be out with the olive trees. As they mature, that will be so magnificent and restful!

Favourite part of the house....cannot choose just one room or feature. The developer, architect and designer really knocked it out of the park. One of, if not the most aesthetically pleasing homes I have ever seen. The small details are everything.

Work of Art. The ceiling and pool are amazing. I wish the camera stayed on the pool longer, so I could pretend. I love when Ryan gets photo bommed by someone in the background.
