I like your statement about working wrong. ANY industry you are in, if you're in it for the wrong reasons or with the wrong mindset ~ it will be monotonous or you will fail. What I learned watching this and how I will apply it to my field (Surgical office manager): 1. Stay focused. 2. Surround yourself with those that love and encourage you (family, friends and co workers). 3. Be in the Health Caring Industry not just the Health Care Industry. Thank you Ryan for that reminder/encouragement.

My biggest problem about productivity was that I was trying to have the “perfect” as in following all of The rules from great influencers and books such as Tony Robbins and “think and grow rich” and as great as they are my ability to get shit done when to turmoil because I was so busy planning my day instead of living it. Now that I know better I keep my plans simple. I have a goal, write a list of every thing I could do and when I wake up I get right to it. It’s that simple. Some days I finish five task, others I only finish one. As the days go by I slowly implement those words of wisdom from great influencers and books as the ones state above. Always become 1 percent better by the day and the first step is honesty!!!

WOW! Found you through GC yesterday, bought your book yesterday... you are inspiration. For as young as you are, you have so many more great achievements ahead of you. I will be 50 next year, I have had great JOBS paying me descent incomes in my working career to support my family but not my dreams and goals for my family. My current job is not going to get me to my dreams and goals so I got into sales 🙌. People that meet me always think I am sales 🤷♂️ so here it goes, I just passed my Life License last week and pretty shortly I will be on my way to get fully licensed in securities to work in the Financial Services, starting part time while still holding my current job. Its now or never for me so my back is against the wall and the wall for me is time. I already know what I need to do to expand my business and the great thing about it is that the only person that can determine whether I succeed or fail is me... no one else. I will be 50 and I have never felt better mentally and physically... About 6 months ago, I wanted drop my weight from 195 to 170 so I started working out @ 5:30 for 1 hour in the morning 5 days a week just like YOU and my body has never felt STRONGER 💪, I am now at 170... so each day I look at my self and I tell my self... YOU ARE GOING TO BE THE BEST FINANCIAL ADVISER IN THE WORLD!

This is so great, I hear all the time ‘work hard work harder than everyone else’ I do that, for 10 years I’ve photographed uk houses these days some of the nicest In the south of the country, in the summer I shoot come home put kids to bed retouch for 6 hours, get the kids up 3 hours later and repeat I’ve almost passed out whilst leaning on an elevated pole in someone’s garden because I was so tired, I’ve worked through back disk issues strapped up like a pharaoh, I’ve stood in the rain in my garden at 3 am to try to wake myself up because my client needed the pictures by 7 am the next morning, I work hard because I want to be the best, and I’m in demand because I’m good and I fix problems, Im consistent and I don’t screw up...but I haven’t worked smart and that’s where I have screwed up - I can’t afford a Retoucher, or is it I’m too afraid to raise my prices to pay for one and I’m too afraid and precious about what I make to let go. No more it ends today, I’m going to face the fear and push through it, I’d rather try and fail than carry on doing the same thing expecting something to change or someone to discover me to take me to the next level, and when I start to drift back to bad habits I’m coming back to this video. Thank you so much for your content it changes lives across the world.
