Dammit Ryan this brought tears to my eyes. The pressure I feel on a daily basis from my own expectations is hard enough. Some days I don't even know how to take on more. Then there's my anxiety which can throw a wrench into my day. Mental health is everything, if I can't keep my head in the moment and be present then I'm no good to anyone. One thing I found that helps is repeating the following, "Today's reality won't be the same tomorrow." When I loose myself I repeat and it helps me get back to being present. Thank you Ryan for sharing your story.

"PRESSURE" A truly timely and eye-opening subject for me. It gave me a breakthrough realization: right in the middle I recognized that I either run so fast and so automatically from pressure I'm scarcely conscious or, if I find myself already in the middle of it, my self-talk is so weakening and fear based I 10X the negative and almost crush myself.
