I started taking this magnesium I was told years ago I had mitral prolapse valve and the last time I had a scan from my heart I was told that I didn’t have a prolapse valve. Was it the magnesium? I still have palpitations though.

@@charissaodem2865 I just spent 6k in four months at the cardiologist. They stated saying the ekg showed I had a scar and previous heart attack. Later that was bs but kept me in their for ultra sound. I'm good. Then stress test showed no blood flow . So angioplasty I did. No stents. I'm good. Imo I think they are a scam. Not once did they speak of supplements or diet. Or the vagus nerve or acid reflex. I'm off all meds , better diet and taking all the supplements you hear about for neuropathy. Cardiologist said I have an electrical issue because my heart is in great shape. Ps. Don't take grocery store vitamins.

Almost Every thing on your list I have in my home and in my diet and believe me I think it works. I gave up on the Doctor pushing the dangerous meds and future surgeries or procedures and not listening to my questions and possible alternatives. I stopped taking nearly all unnecessary medications and relying on natural foods instead. I have more energy, no more lightheadedness or weakness. I’ve been feeling so much better but I have a ways to go to feel as strong and healthy as I once did. Thank you for reaffirming the choices I made before watching this video.

Tumeric powder did the magic. I add it to most of my diets so that someone may also be liberated from this pain. What hurt me most was when it woke me up from sleep Jesus Lord have mercy. As a matter of fact I always hard this strong feeling to purchase turmeric and that was never a mistake. Since I started eating turmeric I'm now free. Glory be to the highest 🙏 🙌. Other routines are: 1. Cut down on salt 2. Cut down or avoid meat 3.add garlic, cinnamon stimes to my diet 4.avoid carbohydrates foods after 5pm 5. Exercise and singing a lot 6. More relaxation n quiet time 7. Drink quite warm water first in morning All these I believe have really helped my healing and opening clogged arteries and other valves. Stay blessed 🙌.

NB: that too much magnesium, and you will have low blood pressure which is just as dangerous as high blood pressure . Blood tests do not detect the amount of magnesium in your blood 🩸. It’s genetic the doctors told me . At the end of the day, you need to eat fruits and vegetables ( vegetarian diet, or Mediterranean diet ) . A MUST !! Also another trick is to walk at least 30 mins a day . No need to run, jog. Just walk. I did it, and lost 110lbs in a couple of months, and it works . Guaranteed 👍👍👍

I have this form of irregular pulse. Regular rhythm them a skipped beat together with a feeling in my throat. Mine started after a wisdom tooth extraction. Did you find a solution?
@franksam681810 ай бұрын
@@michaelharker5345 Yes, here's a few things in short. To be clear I'm one that's gone natural as opposed to meds through out the years; which plays a factor. And what input I give, for anyone taking medications, to make sure there are no interactions with certain supplements. Of course getting nutrition by source is the main thing. And then supplementing is secondary level wise. Ill share what I eat & increased, this way you can draw from what your personal likes & tastes are. Increased my salad intake, & eat some meats as well. Arugula, onions, spinach, oyster / other beneficial mushrooms, garlic, avocados, chives, etc. The magnesium/ potassium & other nutrients mix, gives the proper balance. The mushrooms & spinach I usually stir cook, with Extra virgin olive oil. Great Heart / cardiovascular benefits. Cut out or limit carbs, sugars. I always try one supplement at a time, and before recommended dosage, so I can get a good feed back on what does what. Look into Nutritional Yeast (by Bragg), take a spoonful in am with food. Can later increase to night as well. Has great vitamin B complex. Methocabolmin Vitamin B12 (5000 MCG) under tongue drink water keep hydrated. I'd start with that. See how that goes. If well, then other supplements can be tried & added And if you've heard of Dr Berg & York Cardiology. Good luck

Nutrition in plants available in much larger quantities in proper human food such as fish and meats which are easily absorbed, whilst salad plants contain toxins which the human digestive system is unable to neutralise, as well as indigestible cellulose which our intestines and colon do not want..
