I love the flavour profiles you guys give! I wish I could sip these whiskeys neat and get the same flavours, but being in the majority of Australians who just love their whiskeys mixed, I've found I can get those same flavours you do whilst being able to put the mixer flavour aside! Which is why I made my channel with videos mainly for Australians who love to mix their whiskeys but really for everyone who like to mix their whiskeys, I know you guys kind of see it as blasphemous mixing good whiskey especially bourbon but I love it 😆 keep up the great work guys

I always thought Rye 6 and the picks were better than 4, but Rye 4 in this tasting came off insanely good! I need to do a blind with all of them now. Moral of the story is that EverNorth ryes are king
