I just bought one at Home Depot for $149 on sale that includes a charger and a battery. I'm picking it up this coming Monday December the 11th at Home Depot. Thanks for your tutorial you saved me a lot of reading. 😆

It would be good for quarter round, working in confined spaces, and places where hydro isn’t available.I would suggest buying a better blade(Diablo)for making cleaner cuts and that will also reduce the amount of battery charge loss while cutting. You did a thorough review.BTW-love your pine board work, love those knots.👍

I upgraded my blade to a 40T Milwaukee finishing blade and you would swear it was a lazer beam cutting the wood

I'm having a heck of a time changing the blade.

I think this is a great wee saw to start with. I would definitely secure it to the bench for added security and safety. I started with a corded 10" sliding Einhell mitre......takes up too much room and is overkill for smaller pieces , I'm changing to this Ryobi cordless compact as now have a circular saw for larger crosscuts . I'm a 66yr old grandma and started my woodwork adventure 2 yrs ago. Love it. Feel the fear n do it anyway !! ❤
