I've been watching for so many years. Well, somehow I took a break. Not just from your channel but also from making my own food and eating well. Watching this video reminded me of who I was then, when I watched your videos regularly and life wasn't as busy. Delighted to see that you are still making things and especially a gluten free bread recipe. Also, I love the sounds of the blending and how you share the sounds of everything; it's always been a part of your videos and it's comforting to me. But I see you're always changing things up and creating beautiful spaces, as well over the years!

Just a tip for other people making this: blenders can get very hot when used for a prolonged period especially at high power. So if you notice your blender gets warm, makes sure to take breaks or add the yeast in after blending. If it gets too hot you can end up killing the yeast :)

Or you can let it cool down when you're done and add the yeast at the end.
Can any type of rice be used? Also what happened to the rice powder you prepared in the beginning of the video??

Thank you so much for this recipe! I will definitely try this - it looks simple and needs only a few ingredients... and the result is amazing! For a person with celiac disease this really made my day, because baking a good bread is sometimes a challenge.

Was that ordinary rice (uruchimai)? Surprising texture. The first machine was to remove the rice bran? How would the bread turn out if you included the bran?

Love these peaceful cooking videos! I'd suggest bringing down the sound of electronic kitchen gadgets like blenders, the machine used on the rice at the beginning, mixers, etc. I watch these when I can't tolerate much sound, and the kitchen appliances are very hard ony senses. Otherwise, excellent videos. ❤
