@@GrapplerKingdom only takedown forbidden are kani basami and any takedown that drives the opponent directly on his head, like a suplex. Uchi mata is legal.

Honestly, I didn't really paid a close attention to the throw, just put the coolest looking clip I found. It's hard to distinguish these two techniques, I think it's a variation (non-oficially) called Koshi Uchi Mata, which is almost identical to Hane Goshi. When you watch most of Uchi Mata demonstrations (especially by Japanese) you see this Koshi variation (some examples: kzbin.info/www/bejne/f37bZXeIn5dggqs, kzbin.info/www/bejne/mnLOhXaej85qjaM), but in competition you rarely see it done this way. Honestly, I don't think I am qualified enough to answer this question without some additional research.
