I just recently bought a this camera but my collar won't spin and my shutter own even allow me to push it down. Any help?

Torrance Hall what collar? The lens? The trigger one?

release button collar on the body of the camera isn't allowing me to move it at all from the red or orange buttons. It seems to be almost stuck between the white and the red.
