RZR 1250 XP sport bike motor swap

My 2013 R900XP I motor swapped with a 2007 fuel injected Suzuki Bandit 1250 motor. more to come.

I know this is 5+ years old but I just want to know how you got reverse with a sport bike engine?

I used the sxs transmission as a teansfer case. So it drove the 6 speed from the bike trans into the rzr trans. Thus allowing you to have H L and R as well as 4wd.

How fast does it go ?

Depends on the gearing im using. With 19/10 it went 100mph.

@@zacharysavoy3551 did it? Its still together. Its a lot faster and stronger than a 1000xp. I geared it down so that you dont need to use the clutch in the trails. 100mph gearing when you can only run 65 flat out is useless. It runs about 70 or so with the current gearing and that seams to be the best.

What did you use to get a sprocket to adapt up to the Rzr transmission? I’m gonna need to do a swap on my 2 seater soon before the tree huggers come after me for killing mosquitoes!

Machined the secondary clutch sleeve down then machined a sprocket. Press fit them together and tig welded it.
