RZR Turbo Codes Misfire Limp Mode AGAIN!!!

Had the same issue. I changed the plugs, belt, both map sensors, 02 sensor. Did not fix. Sent to dealership, they replaced the fuel pump, reflashed the ecu and spark plugs again. Would still go into limp mode at random. But when this happens the engine light would come on so I would check the codes at that time. I would get a misfire code at that time. Finally I got fed up... started to rip things apart. Came to the main ground in front of the engine on the frame. Went to clean it and found the stud was actually lose in the frame. Took it apart, cleaned it, tightened that ground stud and even added a ground from there to the stator cover. Baam.... problem solved. Dealership even gave me all my money back I spent there. (This was on a 2018 turbo xp)

Might a electrical problem, my old rzr would go into limp mode in the middle of dunning. It was a because I had on my light bar , 5150 whips , stereo all on a stock battery 🙁. Upgraded the battery and the car never went into limp mode again. I did sell it 6 months later for a new x3 also.

Did you get any code? I get misfire code, 65590 and 65592 .

mine did this and mine had no accessories on it i had a superatv belt that is the correct OE number it would only do this issue when i have the superatv belt in it. With the OEM belt it acts fine

If it was a boost problem then it would give an boost code, buts that or plugged exhaust is all i can think of that wasn't mentioned.

I've got a 2018 can am maverick x3 did the vivid racing tune 235hp was having problems ever since could not figure out the problem called vivid racing numerous times he reflashed over the phone obviously he done something still couldn't figure out the problem 2yrs later I just figured it out crack pressure was to high they said 8 to 9psi not the case with mine only runs correctly with crack pressure set at 6psi constantly threw misfire codes sputter I tried everything

Funny thing is that I tried adjusting the crack pressure before but you have to drive it for a little bit for the computer to relearn the new crack pressure setting which I did not do literally just fixed it last week

Ours was an issue with the engine. Polaris ended up putting a new motor and turbo in it.

Nope, assembly error. Polaris ended up swapping our motor.
