I was 21 when I dedicated this song to the lover I had back then, we were at the beach it was night and we went to sleep together, next to the fire, listening to music cuddling naked in bed. It was such a bliss to find a song that could tell him how I felt for him, the sounds taking all my insides out for him to hear, it was such a reveal. I wanted it all with that dude, I found him so fascinating. Now I'm 25 and he stopped loving me. I realised all the love I tried to give or transmit with this piece came back to me. Ils existent certes, mais ils sont peu nombreux à avoir marqué la pop moderne. Pourtant Sébastien Tellier a probablement écrit la plus belle musique qu'un français ait pu composé. Un titre intemporel, inusable et qui émeut à chaque écoute par tant de beauté.
