Almost 3 years and 16 watches later, I still can't get over The Untamed. The memories of their love and sacrifice will always be with me. Lan WangJi's patience and longing for all those years he waited for just a small sign of Wei Ying. Wei Ying's unending selflessness and sacrifice. Both Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo portrayed their roles perfectly. I wish I could go back to the first time I watched this, experience the excitement, anticipation, happiness, and tears all over again.

True. Though, for me Futari no Kimochi and Shinto Princess Kikyuo also just tugs at my heart making me long for something but what I don't know. It's nostalgic and reminds me of something dear to me but have forgotten in the arms of time. Both songs encompassing sooo many emotions that it overwhelms me in the best possible way. Sometimes it fills me with the desire to love someone with an intensity like no other, sometimes it makes me nostalgic , at times it makes me somber and then there are times when I just want to cry, sob and downright wail, searching for something dear that I lost. The kind of pain that's heart breaking and soul shattering. Like you feel every little sensation and emotion but also nothing at all.

The melody they both shared, only they both knew, the one they played everytime they remembered one another... Although they, at last, did have their story's ending by being on each other's side, the pain they went through will never be justified. I am so happy they found each other again.
