Not only throughout Japanese drivers. This vehicle is considered as absolute legend in Russia. It has earned its glory and image by its reliability and Super Select. It is recognized by Russian hunters, gangsters, travelers and everybody here in my state. R.I.P. King of mountains... Pajero...
And still.. what a beautiful timeless car. A real legend. Real legends never die.

I grew up since my childhood with a ’95 gen2 3.0 V6. I love this car so much. It‘s still one of the best looking 4x4‘s. Can‘t wait to build my europe version to a japanese one with all that nice parts and the 3.5l dohc. 😍
Please don't stop production of Mitsubishi Pajero Japan please 🥺🥺🥺

I have never ever seen a pajero with the raise option on the suspension! I seen the option for soft hard and normal shock absorbers. Did the above ever make it to production? Ive look at hundreds of pajeros never seen raise feature

Same with me! Just sitting in my room at late night, watching this video and suddenly coming across 4:02, realizing that even the Pajero V20 was equipped with that tool, after i´ve been dealing with that car since my childhood. I once heard that die V20 models had an optional "ground clearance control", but could hardly believe this option was utilized in the Pajero. But as it turns out finally, it is true.

This option was only available in japan. In europe, the sigma/diamante 24v sedan came with this suspension. It‘s literally the same like the pajero, but repair parts are hard to find. That’s why many people removed this system out of her car.

I adore Pajero, these are my favorite cars. We still drive a 1997 Pajero.
PAJERO это любовь на всю жизнь. Очень надеюсь что легенда не умрёт! Последние 500 машин отправлены в Россию. Может всё таки будет 5-е поколение...))

Was it only available for Japanese Versions? I didn't know that either. To which extent did the height adjustment system lift the vehicle?

@@beyondthesky7472 I'm sorry. I do not have the data. Probably 3-4 cm. I think 5 cm at most.

@@Gxiyama_Enjoy_Car_Life That's absolutely amazing, great to read! Thank you. Did these versions have further specific offroad features over the models for Europe? The low range gear ratio had the same value, right? I heard there was even an improved 4M40 Diesel with more power, i think 140 HP. This version never found its way to Europe..
@Gxiyama_Enjoy_Car_Life2 жыл бұрын
@@beyondthesky7472 I am not sure about European models. It seems that models with this lift mechanism were only produced for a limited number of years on some models. The number of existing units is thought to be very small. The electronically controlled 4M40 produced 140 ps. However, this is in "ps" (French horsepower), not "hp" (British horsepower). No data was available for the low range gear ratio. J-top models were equipped with larger tires as standard equipment, so the reduction ratio of the final gear was set lower.
