Puttu is one of the traditional south Indian breakfast recipes. This is a very good combination with kadala curry and banana also it is good with chicken curry.
The video is in Malayalam, but English and Hindi subtitles are provided for all important instructions.
सामग्री :
चावल का आटा - १ कप (भुना हुआ)
नमक - ½ छोटी चमच
कसा हुआ नािरयल - ½ कप
पानी - १ कप
चीनी - १ छोटी चमच
नािरयल का खोल
Ingredients :
Red rice flour - 1 Cup (Roasted)
Salt - ½ Tsp (as per taste)
Grated Coconut - ½ Cup
Sugar - 1 Tsp (Optional)
Coconut Shell
