INGRIDIENTS
MASHED POTATO
1 kg potatoes (peeled and cut into chunks)
1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter
Salt and pepper 1 tsp each or to your taste
parsley or coriander leaves for garnish
GRILLED CHICKEN
chicken 500 gms
smoked paprika or kashmiri chilly powder 1/2 tbls
oregano 1/2 tsp
salt 1 tsp
pepper powder 1 tsp
olive oil or any oil 1/2 tbs
GRAVY
1 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1cups (240 ml) water OR chicken or vegetable broth
Salt and pepper 1/2 tsp or to your taste
saute beans
beans 100 gms
butter 1 tbl
salt and pepper to taste
