Having a 144hz monitor is a bliss and a curse. I aim to play at 100 or 120 without DLSS / DLAA o FG, but it's impossibol even with the best hardware 😩. The only UE5 game I've seen that achieves this is Witchfire (no raytracing tho)

Play eSports games, forget about story-based, single-player games :D I have 165Hz monitor, if I want to play something at maximum settings at 1440p and with an FPS of more than 120+ (so as not to notice the jelly controls in games), then I have to constantly use upscalers on my 4070Ti

very nice gpu, you can even play 4k. 1440p is where it really shines tho. for Stalker play 1440p dlss quality and with frame generation. you will get triple digit fps.

I did 30 hours in 2 and a half days. I'm having a blast, despite the minor performance issues. You can install a couple of mods to fix that and some others to change the AI. Makes the game complete!
