John Oliver is the reason I have Max, then HBO Max, then HBO Now. It thought it was Bill Maher but after his awful takes on the student protests at Columbia and the protests at Google, he seems he is being paid for by the IDF to say those lines. So John Oliver is the one to have. Maybe in the future when Bill Maher finally joins one of the Wilks Brothers’ Enterprises (PragerU or The Daily Wire), John Oliver can finally roast him.

I've been in bad places, proud self-deletion attempt survivor, and I can imagine someone I looked up to and respected making comments like that sending me over the edge. Fortunately, I have better role models than Bill. But some young people really idolize him and he's being a colossal douche.

We still haven't developed actual AI. What people are currently calling "AI" is just machine learning that's getting progressively more sophisticated, but it still can't really "think" for itself. It's artificial, but not intelligent. True AI, what Hawking was referring to, is stuff like Ultron or STCs.
