@@n55Rob Most definitely, they can test their car pretty much wherever they want but they can't test/make setup changes at a track that will hold a formula drift event unless its more than 3 months away from the event date. For example Adam tested at OSW on the oval even though it is on the event calendar but it is more than 3 months away so they could test there and not be disqualified. But yeah you are right they can test and make sure the car is 100% pretty much anywhere. Testing on the track or at a track is usually the best for data collection and for making a good setup for the car so thats why they test at tracks as much as possible to get the car dialed
