Thank you so much for what you do! I am working toward starting a screen printing business. I have a question about how to anticipate for mistakes. Let's say an order requires 12 shirts. Do you order extra just in case? If you order extra, do you incorporate that cost into the pricing or do you take on the cost as a "learning expense?"

Personally I order extra of each size and I consider it an expense that cuts into my profits, so I don't really account for it in the formula. I used to do it on every order, and I would print the extras and give them to the customer on a case by case basis. Now that I've got more experience, I only do it when the print is more complex or prone to issues, or if it's a two location. I think this is a great topic I could expand on in a future podcast so I'm making a note to do that within the next few episodes. Thanks for the question!

Yes I do. My day job I'm a marketing consultant. On the side I do graphic design, web design, business coaching, and screen printing. And of course this content creation stuff for this channel and that also includes 1:1 mentoring/coaching.
