Be aware that the sidebolsters contain Airbags in certain markets.

Good Morning Would you have any instructions how to replace the heated seat back rest pads. Also would you have the P/Ns. My Saab is a 2011 NG Vector Manual. Thanks.

Hello mate, where can I find that led strip for 20 quid or any eBay one will do as long as it's similar size?

How do I know if my model has airbags at the side I would not like to set them off , did you turn off the battery before you stripped the back out??
@brianperkins612111 ай бұрын
I know US models have airbag curtain modules in each bolster, you are not going to set them off just by removing the bolsters, What you dont want to do is unplug there connectors as it would set an airbag error , When working around Airbag systems its recomended that remove the battery negitive , and wait 10 min's

The LEDs are not soexpensive - 27p each from Farnell iirc. Replaced them all a over year ago (same pcb) and still ok..

Hi mate, do you have a link to these LEDs or the exact specs? Thanks a lot
@k_s.m6 ай бұрын
It won't last long. Every LED strip gets broken in the same place (6 diodes) and it's not the diodes' fault but the board itself. I don't like the film repair as You have to damage the plastic cover so that's a shoddy repair. Either pay 150$ and get a proper Bloom repair kit, or save Yourself 140$, and buy a red diode strip from chineese ...xpress market. You just need to to cut a same shaped board to stick the LEDs on it and put it back in place. That's 1 hour of a fairlyeasy job, with a very good effect.

So how did you fix the odometer and the rear light bar?
@SaabUnleashed3 жыл бұрын
I still need to edit and upload a ton of videos. The odometer was a simple matter of updating the BCU using an MDI device, I'll upload that one soon. As for the rear light bar, I can't really improve on Jonas' amazing video that he recently uploaded here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j6GloHePiKanqZY

@@SaabUnleashed thank you, i'm always waiting on your videos. Love that someone is so passionate about this brand. I used to work at a dealer back in the day, sadly closed after this 95 was released. And finally i own a Saab 93 07. Keep up the good work

@@SaabUnleashed had to comeback and let you know, already updated the BCM and the odometer came back to life! Was a bit of pain due to being used to TECH2 but managed to get it working.

Sorry but it looks terrible. That dash is a word of art and anything that doesn’t fit in the dash looks ridiculous. The 13” was insane
