Thanks Mr. Saad for this amazing course. i just start to see your videos regarding the QS course in the this episode i have some queries for your feedback as below 1. in the blind concrete its always M7.5 = 1:4:8 in your BOQ its mentioned M40 1:1.5:3 & M20 is 1:1.5:3 which is also more strengthened than the mentioned structural concrete footing M20 1:2:4 which is also not correct M15 is 1:2:4 please clarify. 2. Area calculation for blinding or lean concrete is always more that footing area also if your see section drawing its 100 mm more than footing area at all side. kindly clarify.

As column sizes can change a lot in length and width but mostly remain the same in height so it would be better to do it by area multiplied by height method. but great efforts.

aslam.o.alikum...(1) while calculating the volume of RCC concrete the depth of footing varies (F-1, F-2, F-3) as mentioned in drawings but you took depth 0.5 for each footing pad. Thanks for watching. *F2 & F3* were 0.5 and * F1* was 0.45. It was close so I consider one depth for giving example.
