Tarun, that is very rude. We all have an accent whether American, British or Indian, or other. As long as one can understand what is being said, I think it is fine. Try to be a little more accepting and tolerant.

Hi, the amount of red chili that went in for 1/2 cup sago made my tummy churn! chili lover, you are kolhapuri! my own tips -1] soak sago in some milk- makes it sweetish ,in buttermilk, sourish with their own flavour 2]adding cummin&/or coriander pwoder to soaking sago adds flavour3] leaving some starch in sago-not washing all away makes it deliciously soggy- must for sabu-wada or sabu-thalipith;3]frying the groundnut powder in phodni -makes it crispy4]dr lagu's way- sabukhgichdi in fried onion!!

@Madura your accent is perfect and beautiful. No need to fake any other accents. @Tarun what kind of accent do you want to hear while looking at saabudaaNaa khichadi? English, Irish, Scottish, American, Australian, N.Indian, S.Indian, SA, Auz, African, Jamaican, Texan, Canadian, Polish, German, French, Norwagian,.... ???

I'm trying thus reciepe after years, almost forgotten, this brought back a lot of memories.... Preping for the dish the night before, the busy morning schedule juggling between the kitchen and getting ready for work ... dabba packed and off we go. It was all worth it in the end, because when I opened my dabba at lunch, suddenly there was a crowd around me, some in awe, some disbelief, some in wonder that SABUDANA could be non sticky and fluffy😄 What days!!! Thank you for sharing such a lovely reciepe🎉
