Hi Ash, 32 weeks here and this is my second time doing this specific workout! (I have the prenatal plan, but have been kind of catering it to what feels needed). Just wanted to drop some love and say thank you! thank you! thank you! for making all of these prenatal workouts free! Wowing what a blessing! 😅 Love those scallops as the finisher, it is almost painful to stretch finishing! I also love how you conduct yourself when dealing with unnecessary comments whether they’re negative or Uber critical. Your awesome! Keep that light shining bright!

Really great workouts, reminds me of the tougher ones I use to do at the gym. I will say (as someone who has worked out multiple times a week for years) that some of the reps are rather quick for attempting to have correct form.

I enjoyed this ... I’m not pregnant... what do you recommend for tops of hamstrings / too inner, please? I’m doing your inner thigh and lots of other exercises. I walk a lot and eat healthy (established last few years) but been hard getting my straight legs to look curved and still got fat areas to lose. My puffy ankles are getting less puffy as been doing massage drainage, believe it or not. I’ve also started your calf exercises. I’m 52 and feel like 42 and so chuffed when people say I look forties. Whoop! I would just love to wear shorts especially in hot weather. I was anorexic when a teenager but didn’t exercise. Pre anorexic I had normal legs. I’m a brutish size 10 though. Just bottom heavy.
