Sadia just wanted to say I listened to your podcast with Chris Williamson and I think you are an amazing woman! I agreed with everything you said, and feel like you need more spotlight in the men and women dating scene. You are so emotionally intelligent and break everything down so well with great articulation. I look forward to seeing more of your stuff, in the podcast you said you never really saw many good female role models on social media and I just wanted to say you are totally now one of my female role models. ❤All the best

i totally agree with Sadia. I always tell my nephews and male friends not to engage in casual dating, lowering their standards thinking that they wont get serious, just plainly "sex'... the huge problem comes when their partner gets pregnant and they ar forced to marry the girl with their mindset she was just for casual dating and not marriage material... just sad when they get trapped with their own game.

I know of a married woman locally you openly shows interest to me even going as far as flirting. I ignore her. When I have observed her she seems a distant person as if she feels that she wanted more out of life. I once saw her with her husband in a playground in a local park & her kids played with the father & I sensed she was absolutely distant from him. I knew no matter what neve get involved with her as she will just use you to feel good for a short time & than she will go back to her reality & this will make you feel cheap eventually.

An interesting point you make about eating too much and feeling shame. I think people eat too much out of control. Usually their whole life is in chaos and they use food as a way to have any sense of control. They think the world can tell me to do this or that, but I decide what I'm gonna eat. Of course they end up super fat and that's when the shame sets in. That's when they realize they lost control of the one thing they thought they had control over. The sadness that comes from that is very overwhelming. You see this body positivity movement to try and justify it, but they all know the truth deep down. There is not one single pro to being severely obese

This worked for me. Maybe it could help someone else. I started doing all this in 2020. I think most people should speak to a therapist, get closer to God, get off social media completely, exercise, stop drinking alcohol, eat healthier, and make some more money. Change your way of thinking. Be the person who God intended for you to be. When we are better, we attract better quality people and things. Only issue I have with Sadia is this monogamy thing. I may not exercise my options. Who knows maybe I want to collect my infinity stones and have 4 wives. This is a tactic women try to use to have some control (power) in the relationship. Knock it off Sadia.

Did god have 4 wives?
@ElliottJMiller
@ElliottJMiller Жыл бұрын
@@Jenniferx0xI normally don’t comment back. Since you wanted to talk religion…. Nothing in the Bible mentioned monogamy. It’s a Western world ideology. Abraham had multiple women, Solomon had multiple wives, David looked down on Basheeba while she was bathing. Since you want to take it there. Also in the Quran it says men can have four wives. It does say one is better though. Noble men from centuries ago had many women. Even with almost 8 billion people on Earth. The best of men get the most women. And before you say women can do it too. It’s not in female nature to do it. I think there was a women in the Bible who did that. There is a term called for that in the Bible as well. I can’t recall at this time. The feminine essence is to nurture. Family and children are women’s purpose in life. I think you challenged the wrong person.

Porn is not the problem. Porn has been around for decades. It's the messages being sent from humanities programs in academia, isolation, online dating apps and social media. THOSE ARE THE PRIMARY ISSUES. I'm not saying we aren't inundated with pornography and it's not a sub factor, but it by far is not a primary issue

Wow Sadia, I'm very impressed by the way how you think and the level of your intelligence. I love the way how you break everything down (in fact, you did it 10x better than how I would break it down). Bye the way, have anyone told you that you look like "Megan Fox"? Yup, I think you look like "Megan Fox" for sure!!!! But a lot smarter than "Megan Fox" for sure too. You are a "High Value" woman for sure. Allow me to be the first to tell you this if nobody told you this yet!!!! I think you need to be more well known because you are a valuable asset to humanity too. I think your message is very important and it can actual fix the problem we are having in today dating culture. Thank you for giving "Humanity" hope in fixing our Society (before we can save this country, we need to fix the marriage problem first in America). Dating and marriage are so broken today and it was done intentionally by the "Evil" Elites who want to control us. Keep up the good work!!! 👍👍👌👌😉😉

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: HOW SHAME AND GUILT RUINS YOUR LIFE 00:14 📚 Pornography is blamed for impacting marriages negatively by promoting behaviors and desires that conflict with monogamous relationships. 01:49 🤝 Discipline is essential for success, whether pursuing goals or maintaining relationships, as lack of discipline can hinder both. 03:12 💑 Choosing a partner should be based on discipline and compatibility, not just having someone to fill a void or distraction. 08:04 🚫 The pursuit of instant pleasure often masks internal turmoil and shame, leading to repeated cycles of engaging in unhealthy behaviors. 11:01 💔 Hyper-independence and disregard for rules can lead to a sense of emptiness and disconnection, highlighting the importance of moral guidance and shared values.

Sadia great insight and info from your study and work. On the point of religious rules you might do well to take time to consider what atheist say about morality and where it evolves from. I wonder if, in your therapy practice you recommend clients take to theism and religious rules? It pains me that evangelists and group-think smuggle The Bible into 12-step programmes. It bothers me that weak, undisciplined, turmatized and gullible people get caught in scams, addictions, recklessness only to recover from the issue and replace it with an obsession with religion that is equally escapist, a fantasy and unhealthy. It’s only tolerated because of equally harmful mass social humbug about the delusion of God/s. If people want feel-good behavioural incentives perhaps as a therapist and hopefully one who studies and goes where the science leads, you might acknowledge that good behaviour and social morality is actually best inculcated, as messy as it is, without having to appeal to one or more of the thousands of conflicting, insane and unprovable Gods of ancient narcissistic authorship. I wouldn’t be so blatant about prescribing God and God rules to address the woes of today or woes you perceive such as gender identity and rights. It would be valuable and respectful to activists and non-conservatives who have made sacrifice in the past century, in particular since the 70s, to afforded your rights today as an outspoken educated and professional woman showing her face and hair, advocating no contact, separation, divorce for those in toxic relationships, recognizing casual hook ups and so on to take a deeper examination of where morality and rules come from. Given your worldly position and in contrast to your own Scripture morals are obviously not from your God at least, unless cherry picking counts or hypocrisy and cognitive dissonance are God’s rules too. This is of the upmost importance to me since you present as a health professional and a high-value woman, and since the stakes are high for the wellbeing of individuals, society and life on the planet. Their is no necessity for Gods while they are absent of evidence to facilitate agreement and mental stability. Good guys are tired of walking on egg shells accommodating women’s indulgences in forever movable abstracts and supernatural things, let alone going off to destructive work and war, participating in global protection racquets to benefit the disorded establishment and immature neurotic disposition of women. In an otherwise healthy, secure and sane world honest regular-value women (never mind so called high-value ones) would have the diligence, brain power and rationality to assert their emancipation in the most fundamental way in today’s world: they would put aside man-made stories of man-gods of absolute universal control, where fantasy, prejudice, superstition, victimization and shame fester, and rather, submit to the science -frail as it is- and to it’s application as it’s used by every person and organization daily, and beyond that, simply and forthrightly accept spirit and mystery with solidarity, trust, joy and love.
