hello can i do these exercises? i have spondylolisthesis l4l5 9mm. with the exercises i was able to reduce the spondy from 11mm to 9mm. can i add these exercises?

Hi Denisul how did you reduce the spondy from 11m to 9mm. What exercises do you do? I am curious I have this condition.

@@AyubHassan-cq3ke There is no difference, the ct can vary by 1-2mm. The situation is basically the same. I myself am a mountain runner, and I will run as long as I can. When the pain goes to my leg, I decided to go for surgery. If you are an athlete and want to to continue with sports, the only solution is surgery, of course, if the condition does not improve. That is my plan.
