As an ex sailmaker, I really appreciate what is being discussed in video interviews like this. Thanks.

As an ex sailmaker, how do you respond to the fact that noone has designed for a the load to be transferred at the hip. Exactly at Trochanter Mayor? Saving one joint in the trusses? (link in the framework) thereby fully sailing with your legs.

I'm always fascinated by the tech but motivated by simplicity.

Stroj did well to convey the sophistication and complexity of modern windsurf sail design. Most of it went over my head

It's great to see the benefits which the slight alterations of the new sail designs have to make both the draw power and control of the guidance accuracy of Windsurfers also, as improvements are always required to make upgrades in the sport.

Still have a few NP RS racing sails from 2010 and 2011, apart from 1 or 2 cambers breaking after all that use they are still working fine and look good, use them for training, bulletproof. The new ones from 2023-24 that I also have, feel lighter as main difference, they also have carbon battens, not much other difference I can tell sailing, the pros probably could. The NP cam rotation I call "electric" so smooth with this camber system, plus you can adjust the camber position with the rope system, very clever.

I've never owned a NeilPride sail, but the mechanical aspects sound super interesting. Maybe when I retire, I'll get into speed sailing!

The Evo's are my weapon of choice. I have a few of the XI's and love them. But then I have used Pryde sails since the 90's so could be bias 🤙

NP Evo is now one of the best sails out there. Unlike the RS Slalom (think it was the 2015 model) which imo was a complete disaster.
