I liked the whole video except for the 180 kg part. Cause number are extremely arbitrary in this sport. Cause lift per pound is more important than just raw poundage. A guy lifting 180kg at 100kg body weight is not as impressive as guy lifting 180 kg at 60kg bodyweight. Keep it up🔥

Oatmeal can help you lose fat or gain weight The only thing that matters is your total calories at the end of the day If you eat in a calorie surplus: you'll gain weight If you eat in a calorie deficit: you'll lose weight
