Here's the simplest breakdown for Body Recomposition: 1) Eat around your maintenance calories 2) Keep your Protein intake high 3) Progressive Overloading ( Try to reach failure as much as you can ) 4) Priortize your sleep! (7 to 8 hrs every day) 5) Be hydrated (3 to 4 litres a day).

I used to watch his videos when we had 100k subscribers and was really inspired by him.......for 2 years i went to gym doing all these workout and had some good gains too....but as i want to prepare for some competitive exams i decided to leave gym atleast for now......i miss going to gym, all those workout and watching his vlogs....i rarely watch his vlogs now.....gym was really a happy place for me....if you are reading i just want to say someday i will be back saket

@@rawdawgers I’ve been on cutting since last 4 months….. I’m currently on 14% bodyfat….I’ve lost 5-6% fat….when I started cutting I was 72… Now I’m 76 And with 4 packs😆….so you can say I’ve lost fat while putting on muscle 😇

Muscle failure No ego lifting Focus on mind muscle connection Nutrition: Calculate maintenance calories Focus on total calorie intake Daily Protein intake: 2.2*body weight. Cardio: Swimming, cycling, running, walking. Use step tracker Recovery: Sleep Stress Supplements: (optional) Whey protein Creatine Caffeine or pre workout Fish oil and multivitamin.

If you do running for 30 min - 350cal approx If you do cardio​( like jumping jacks , burpees) for 30 min-400cal But if you do gym too then do running because 2nd option is cardio+ strengthening thats what you do in gym so go for running + gym(strengthening)@@pattu3386
