For students I followed this during my summer vacations 1) as he said i reduced my diet and only included vegetables, soya chunks and paneer. I used to prepare paneer at home and drank the leftover water as I read somewhere that it is whery nutritious. 2) i focused more on my studies as training ur mind greatly reduces fat. Atleast 4 hours a sitting. It not only reduces the weight but also helps in getting better marks 😂 3) i used to go to an evening walk with my parents and for the last round i ran around the park. 4) As he said i used to take a good sleep at night because all my work was already done in the morning A sound sleep at night is the best way to make your body fit
