It is Kishimoto's fault for her poor character utilisation. Tbh, I think he didn't create any good female characters. All females r stupid and useless. Look at HInata, her whole character was "Naruto" nothing more When they decided to kill Sasuke, Ino was crying, not the Sakura. What type of person cries hearing the news of her crush to be killed. What type of character Ino had ! Tenten never did any useful thing in the entire series. As much as I love Tsunade, there r some things of hers which I don't like. She is Hokage, she must be saviour of everyone. But she always says "Naruto will save us. His one clone has ability to protect whole nation". I don't understand why is she even Hokage if she needs a kid to do the saving in her place Then there is Karin who was walking plot armour for Sasuke. She is just in love for Sasuke without any reason. In short, there is not a single good female character. Sakura was useless in og Naruto. But in Shippuden, she was amazing during Kazekage kidnapping arc, but after that, Kishimoto thought "ohhh! Sakura is a female character. I can't allow her to do work more than male characters."
