Sakura Snowskin Mooncake | Chang's House

“SAKURA SNOWSKIN MOONCAKE”
1. Ingredient:
• Sugar water:
- 500g Sugar
- 500ml Hot water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Flour: (recipe for 1 cake 75g)
- 30g-31g Sugar syrup
- 1g Cooking oil
- 1 drop of grapefruit flower essence
- 15g Cooked Glutinous flour
- Food coloring if you like
- Salted cherry blossoms

* How to make green tea filling: when slugs multiply lotus seeds, you add 10g of green tea powder and mix well.
* How to make sugar syrup:
- Dissolve 500g of sugar with 500ml of hot water
- Put on the stove and cook on high heat until it boils, then lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes
- Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, turn on high heat to bring the area to a boil, then turn off the heat
(Note that during the cooking process of sugar water, do not stir in the pot.)

Bánh nhìn rất đẹp và ngon nhưng phần làm bột vỏ bánh sao bạn ko khuấy 1 lúc nhiều luôn mà lại làm từng cái một? Có phải mình làm nhiều bột sẽ bị khô ko bạn?
