So true. I always loved him on the air. Funny, candid, good storyteller. In my opinion he could handle the Jackie/Artie chair.

Im convinced that this guy was never really a stock broker and just said he was.
@chrisbruggers80765 жыл бұрын
Being a stock broker in and of itself is nothing special, kind of like being a real estate broker.. it's easy to get the license, it's all what you do with it.. Sal was a stock broker the mid-90s during the most frothy time for the stock market ever, during the dot com boom when any idiot could make money on paper, and then subsequently lose everything

Youd be surprised how many dumbass stock brokers there were at that time.

I love Sal so fucking much. Look at him wordlessly mouthing along with all of his calls, you know he listened to them endlessly and this had to be one of the greatest moments of his life being in studio for the first time. You gotta be inspired by his passion for the show and for belittling Gary.

I remember this from the 90s & they left a good prank call out of this clip. It was a call in which Gary figures out it was a prank early on but Sal convinces him otherwise & manages to still call him a HTJ at the end. Sal calling a zoo & asking about the “Delll’abate Monkey” is my favorite call he ever made but I never could never find it on YT.
