►1 apple, cored and finely chopped
►¼ medium red onion (1/4 cup), thinly sliced
►½ cup pecans or walnuts, toasted
►½ cup raisins or raisins

►2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
►½ Tbsp sugar, or add to taste
