I worked in 4 pvt org. and currently in 5th.In my 1st org my basic monthly was 15k so EPS was deducted. Thereafter in 2nd , 3rd and 4th org basic was more than 15k but still EPS was deducted. My whole PF amount was transferred successfully of all prev 3 org to 4th org in year 2021. However now transfer from 4th to 5th org in year 2024 is rejected saying wage is more than 15k not eps member. Plz suggest what I need to do.

Hello Sir, Please advise .. My PF transfer claim has been rejected with reason "WAGES ARE MORE THAN 15000 NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EPS BUT ESTT REMITED EPS CONTRIBUTION PLZ CLARIFY EPS MEM" . My present empoyer told me that my previous employer had incorrectly remitted the contribution to EPS account & they needs make arrangement for correction however my previous employer is not responding to me now. Is there any other option available to resolve this issue ?

When u said 15000, is Basic Salary right? And in my case my basic salary is above 15k and in my EPFO only EPF contribution are there from my side and same amount from employer side. In some article i saw that EPS AND ELDI Benifits covers if an employee earlier joined under 15k basic bracket . My starting basic is above is 15K . So I am eligible for EPS AND ELDI too?

He is spreading unintentionally wrong information. If you joined after 1 sept 2014 and your basic+da salary is greater than 15000 then no contribution is made in EPS as per supreme court order and both employee and employer contribution will go to only EPF and none in EPS. So you will not get any pension benifits as per this.
