The cuff you show at 33:40 could potentially be by a Kwakwaka'wakw artisan. I'm not a expert by any means but I grew up in British Columbia where Canadian first nations peoples' art is quite prevalent. Kwakwaka'wakw art tends to display many smaller elements which combine into the larger picture and in their figural designs (of animals particularly) tend to display a uniquely narrow streamline eye shape while other tribes like the Haida or Tlingit tend to have bigger, bold eyes (but this applies more to totem poles instead of silver, but your bird does have a narrower eyeshape). I could be completely off the mark here, but that's just my intuition---the way the small details on your cuff is very Kwakwaka'wakw to me and "H-bird" might be indication of the subject matter of your cuff instead of a maker (hummingbird).
