That giant slab of butter on top was just so perfect I could bathe in butter if I wanted to. Also butter + salmon + sticky rice = heaven why haven’t I thought of that before *runs to store to find medium grain rice*

Salmon has a wonderful flavor, and the skin is absolutely delicious!! Especially if it's crispy on the edges 😋 salmon is one of my favorite fish to eat
