1st episode from the documentary my team & I made last year, I premiered it on KZbin in December in full length but I thought id break it down into episodes so you guys that don't have a huge amount of time can watch it & enjoy! Loads we could of improved but im proud of what we made! giving me lots of ideas for what I can do in the future, hopefully with Netflix on board ;) if you haven't got my new cookbook plants only kitchen, click here to order a signed copy :) your support means the world. thanks Gaz www.avantgardevegan.com/shop/books/signedplantsonlykitchen/

Do you speak Welsh Gaz? I'm so envious of Wales, for retaining their language so well. As a purely English speaking Scot, I wish we had as many Gaelic speakers are you do speakers of your native tongue. It's such a musical language.

Just got the signed copy and can't wait to see and show everyone how it turns out and how amazing it is!! ! You're a super talented chef-- I can't wait to try it :) !!!!!! If you're down to open a restaurant anywhere in the world (Roatan, Honduras) I'd love to collaborate/ partner. Bring some awareness about how essential veganism is to the world's wellness. Also, Honduras is known for their #greengold aka, *Platains -all types lol I'll email you later on, but keep me in the loop :) I love to cook and my family and well. Tbh, it's in our dnaaa - frfr :) anyways, Thanks for taking the time to read thisss, you're super dope. I hope you and your team are happy and healthy

I have to admit I was always the person who criticized the Vegan lifestyle and who NEVER could imagine foregoing meat and animal products in general. But now I can tell that with your channel and your delicious recipes as an inspiration and also with the channel pick up limes, I’m actually turning into a vegan and I’m just loving it and proud of it. Thanks Gaz ❣️✌️

Good on ya! Took me a little while too... but once you see how much sense it makes to go vegan, you can’t unsee it. I hope you continue to love your vegan journey! 💕😊🌱

I'm from Germany and it was only recently that I realized that Kohlrabi is somewhat special or even unknown in other parts of the world. It's just another vegetable around here :D

I'm from Germany too and when he said he used it the last time as a chef (11:05) I were confused. To me kohlrabi was a pretty basic vegetable everybody knows about. ( we got kohlrabi plants in our vegetable garden like the most other germans do?) But obviously it's not as common as I thought. 😅
