I was wondering what the tapping was about but then I saw the salting and understood. My experience with fine dining feels much less gimmicky and more of a nice atmosphere, higher quality food and more personalized service. This looked like something that was trying to imitate that but weird.
@jimcole2648
@jimcole2648 Жыл бұрын
@@Kefka2010 his restaurants are all a salting meat show. You can search ppl make a tomahawk steak with golf leaf for way less. He charges well over 1k or more. Can be replicated for under 50. He has another cut that is brought seared on the outside and raw inside and drown it in boiling butter to cook. A pile of grease crap. Definitely better places for better atmosphere and quality.

Over the course of years as it reduces they put it into increasingly smaller barrels of different types of wood until it’s in one thats pretty tiny. In fact, 12 years is the minimum time required for balsamic to actually be called such 💪🏼 Much love.

I love Phillip's stuff but Saltbae is just overpriced crap. If you really want some carpacio then go to Lago instead, same amount of food for roughly half the price and better tasting too probably.
