I made the pie today. I could only get 8" pie crusts so I baked the remaining filling in ramekins. This way I was able to try it while saving the pie for tomorrow. OH MY! It was so good!

Wondetfull as always and learning so much. My situation is different because of a stem cell transplant, down to 6.5 thousand pills a year from 12, and taking pills because of more pills. The answer is the food you eat and how you prep. Make a menu for the week, then you know, you'll be alit happier and healthy. Thankyou Tiffany! and the best to all.

Hey Bryan, I’m sorry to hear you’re so ill, but I’m glad you’ve been able to see improvement from changing your diet and lifestyle. I don’t know the specifics of your situation, but I was on 18 pills a day on one point, and was able to completely get off all of them after a few years of eating better! You may want to check out this book, Medibolical by Robert Lustig - he talks about how many chronic conditions respond the best to food, not drugs. I really enjoyed it, and I think you would find value in it. It sounds like you are doing great so far, keep it up!!

Hi! Thank you for the comment! My husband always says I talk too much in the videos, so I like to provide him with evidence to the contrary. Lol I actually use bounty, but any paper towel should work.😊
