I’m new to fishing and this past weekend I was using the Jr. prawn. I had no clue what I was doing, but I had an epic day for trout. Your product works even with a rookie.

Just when to eg simmons today use slam shady 2.0 and nlb , small snook where hitting right on the edge of the mangroves when I would let it sit when I first cast it out without reeling😁

Does flouro deterioate as fast as mono? Also, would you say one year is time enough to replace line which has been sitting ?
@Saltstrong11 күн бұрын
Fluoro has underperformed regular mono for almost every head to head test we've done on those lines. I historically only used fluoro for leader lines, so my testing was focused on that... but the fluoro lines got compromised much quicker once it had any abrasion on it and it also lost strength after getting stretched to a high degree compared to regular mono, so fluoro definitely won't last as long as a leader compared to regular mono.

As for longevity of line, much of it depends on usage as well as how it's stored... lasts much longer if stored indoors.

Great vid long time subscriber. But what about creeks and back waters during the winter pulling warm water out during outgoing tide?
@Saltstrong14 күн бұрын
Creeks and back waters can be great during the winter months. And yes, the outflowing water in the afternoons can be particularly productive.

There aren't any fish in the sea until one manifests onto your line you may see them in the sea but if you wasn't there they wouldn't be swimming there they just disappear
