For me what turned me away from Sam and Colby instantly was the 'game' they did of literally dancing around and mockng Bathshiba's grave. Dancing on the grave of a real woman. That complete lack of respect for the deceased shows they cannot be at all trusted to honestly engage in the paranormal. Not only that, but their second channel consists of 'challenges at 3am' and 'bloody mary' and 'skinwalkers caught on camera blah blah blah'. Its a kids show purely for entertainment

The bent neck lady is not a real paranormal entity. The creation of this ghost came from a Netflix original show called The Haunting of Hill House. This miniseries was loosely based on the hill house hauntings, but the Bent Neck Lady wasn't part of the original lore. The bent neck lady was created for the show as a foreshadow of what would happen to Nell in the show. Not a real ghost. No history behind it, and I absolutely drives me nuts that people think that it's real, AND there is more than one...

First it was skin walkers being everywhere, not exclusive to Navajo Nation Utah, and now it's the bent neck lady... The Crayola kids, Blasko, Truly Faking, Meth Banger, Solby, and Catori and all their little faking friends are ruining all the work previous investigators have done. They have killed the Conjuring House, and the Sally house is up next. It's quite sad to see. All any believer wants, is the truth, but you will find none with the new 'ghost hunters'.

Although if everyone believes a bent neck lady lives there, and you believe in egregores (entities that get created due to collective thoughts/obsessions), then it could possibly be there even though it was never originally part of the lore or the dark entity that is there has taken that identity to mess with people. Due to personal experience I believe in the paranormal, but I gotta debunk at every turn because science. But I thought I’d share that it could be a possibility, only experimenting and investigating further would hopefully reveal the truth. Also want to say Overnight channels investigations of recent showed that this is in line of what might be actually going on, and that the ovulus being so active while in use can possibly be due to faulty wiring as whenever that and a few other equipment were by the walls of the house, it would go off like crazy with no semblance of reason consistently.

@@limbytes The idea of thought forms, which the concept of is esoteric at best, is a slippery slope. We saw pretty terrible things come from Slender Man. I too am a believer that debunks. I find it important to use Occum's Razor. You hear hoof beats- you think horse, not zebra, until you can confirm which. There are more horses in the world than zebras, so you go with the logical answer, until proven. If we apply that to the Bent Neck Lady where would we land? The Bent Neck lady was thought into existence or the Bent Neck Lady was used by KZbinrs to make money? The answer is pretty obvious. There are thought forms in the paranormal lore. Think Tulpa, Poltergeist, djinn. But, just because there are some, doesn't mean every being can be thought into existence. Occum's Razor. ✌️

Even on the podcast that they were on, when they were confronted with the Cody and Satori questions, you can see that they were unsure of themselves and the way they acted and responded to those questions, it was really not that convincing. And I mean sure... there can be a possibility that Cody and Satori gave Sam and Colby a contract that they can't say or show any bad things about them, this can be a possibility, but still... it's just too many proves out there, Cody and Satori can't hide anymore. Cody and Satori worked with a family who was grieving, the people Josh recorded a couple years ago and released recently. Great video. Kenny Biddle and J’amie Rubio both did a lot of research on Bathsheba Sherman and the house on Round top hill. Bathsheba never lived on the property and because of the movies is unable to have her headstone displayed because of vandalism. The world needs more debunkers to set the record straight.

As for Cody and Satori, when I first laid eyes on them, the very first thing I noticed, was how Satori stared at the floor around Cody's feet. WHY? Well, it didn't take long to see why! I thought about this, too. I think he knows full well that this is damaging his reputation. He is now the debunker who normally does a good job, but looks the other way if one of his family members is caught in the act. But he really has not many choices... it is either this or feeding his own daughter to the public, and no father would do this to his children. So he has to take the hit, but I am pretty sure that there have been some rough talks behind the scenes between father and daughter. Most if not all of the fake paranormal investigators, do not "investigate". They hear a noise, or something moves & they "react"(scream like a lil girl or say omg, oh no, no way, dude/bro etc.) but just stand there or run out of the house. But again, its all just "reacting", NOT investigating! They don't go & see if they can see or find what actually made the noise or moved something. Because they know its being faked or they're faking it. They also have the camera zoomed in on their faces a lot. Why? Are their ego's THAT big they want to look at themselves all the time? lol! Would love to see more videos in this style about historically (in)famous hauntings. Maybe the Enfield haunting as I know you have thoughts on that. One other controversy was that prank video they did with Sam Pepper. Sam Pepper got all the blame, but they went untouched. That prank was the reason why those types of pranks are not be monetized at all. Sam and Colby was abducted, and Sam cried when he thought Colby was shot in the head. In later interviews, Sam said he was in on the prank. That meant those cries back then was acting like his cries when Cody and Satori came up with his grandma's nickname.

I really like this style of video. You were the first debunker that I actually sat down and watched. I am someone who grew up watching Ghost Hunters. I have done a few ghost investigations myself and yeah I have never had as much activity happening in one night as any of these "Ghost Hunting" channels. Comments can become quite volatile when fans of groups get their panties in a twist. I often find many, maybe most, don't allow their logical thinking mind to help process what they're observing/hearing. I'm involved with one of New York state's most haunted location. I never watched debunk videos on KZbin until the whole Cody & Satori situation. I knew who they were, watched them on Ghost Hunters before and thought they were legit. Even thought they were legit in Sam & Colby’s videos until I started seeing debunk videos popping up and my curiosity got peaked. Now I don’t think anyone I’ve ever watched in the paranormal community is legit anymore and I’ve been watching your channel and Mythos’ channel regularly. It’s frustrating as a devoted viewer to feel lied to for money/views, but I can’t even imagine how those who have been scammed by Cody & Satori must feel. Even if Sam didn’t know originally about the scam, it’s disgusting he would publicly defend them after they used his deceased grandma he claims to have been close to. If he was in on it and that was his reaction, I do not even have words for what a horrible human being you have to be to do that and be able to act like that on camera. Since this whole thing, I’ve unsubscribed to all of their channels and unfollowed them on social media, same with Project Fear. I’ll miss Colby’s beautiful face, but they’ve lost all of my respect 😂

I think what you do, debunking these people, is to be commended and I hope that you keep it up. I used to watch a certain show that made me believe it was real, until on a live show, there were a few things on there, that were obviously not paranormal and they claimed it was. Sam and Colby lost me as a subscriber because they refuse to denounce Cody and Satori as fakers. Even though they damn well know they're faking. The fact too their community mass reported your Tik Tok channel to where you lost it...that's bullshit and wrong in my opinion. I wish Jason Hawes would make Satori fess up to being fake at this point. However, I don't ever see that happening. I mean if it does then I'll happily eat my own words but I doubt he will. I like seeing this style of video and would like to see more. Yes I do believe that Sam and Colby are fakers and liars...I've suspected that for a while, especially when they refuse to denounce Cody and Satori. Again awesome video Beardo, great job on this one. Edit: I'm not happy that Sam and Colby fans have threatened you and other debunkers. At least no one from the debunking community threatens any of the fakers.

Not defending them or anything, just wanting to point out what might just be a mistake in terminology. Having never been to the Ancient Ram Inn, I have no idea just how the floor levels are.

Great video! I am a skeptic aswell so when i started watching sam & colbys hell week at the conjuring house and it felt so obviously fake i started to google a few things and came across an article by Kenny Biddle which completely debunks the entire conjuring story aswell as articles that debunk both the rempod and the cat toys. He lists several people that was mentioned in the books to be haunting the house that actually wasn't even close to it when they died.

Great video as always. I like how you presented this one, makes it more personal, especially when speaking on your own facts. Brilliantly executed. I also agree with what you were saying, but there’s always going to be toxicity within the paranormal world because there’s too many people who refuse to acknowledge or think critically about what they see or what is presented to them. It’s sad honestly because the paranormal world could use investigators, debunkers and skeptics to work together to prove that it is real. Sure we have our own personal experiences that prove it for ourselves but to see others having said experiences it furthers our belief that there’s life beyond the grave.

My main reason for watching your ghost hunts is if you do catch or hear something then I know it's legit if you can't debunk it. Great video Beardo, I need to ask a question, what's your take on the mobile paranormal apps like spirit box and sls camera. After my dog died I honestly thought I could hear him so I downloaded some apps plus I have some WiFi cameras, I've tried over a few nights but get very little. It's just the sls camera shows something lying on the chair my dog used like he is still led there. I'm interested in the paranormal and think Beardo is brilliant in what he dies and shows, I great eye opener so keep it up...
