@@MrHarrypotter111 that is their real names. Roberto is Robert & Bobby is another name for Robert. Franklin's real last name is Lashley & WWE will not claim any rights to just the name Bobby alone. Jeff Hardy & Kurt Angle are their real last names. Others like MVP was able to use MVP outside of WWE because WWE only owned the rights to his full on screen name not the initials MVP. It comes down to what legally WWE owns & WWE will not file for the rights on legal birth names

No point bringing Bully Ray back to WWE. He (and possibly D-Von) would play the same role as Jericho and Van Dam. Putting over the younger talent. Which is find within reason but don't build a return with video promos and have him job to guys like fandango and Alberto del rio. It makes no sense and kills all momentum. It also makes the viewer lose all interest in a former top card player.
