Thanks dude. I did forearm extension and curls yesterday till failure and today I honestly don't feel them. So I will be giving this a try. Even just mimicing you with no weight I feel the contraction of the braccio radialus which is awesome. This video made me realize how dumb it is to do these movements because having a slim wrist is actually a good thing for making the rest of your arms appear bigger. And those smaller muscles will get worked anyways during other exercises like lat pulldowns and should grow relative to the rest of your arm.

thanks, great to hear you feel the contraction with this exercise. But I wouldn't say that training extensors will increase wrist size. Wrist is mostly genetically determined. Some people think it can grow if you put it under very heavy stress like armwrestling and doing heavy forearm lifts for many years, which will increase tendon and even bone size around the wrist. But I think it's still mostly genetics. The best you can do is train the forearm muscles that add the most to size. I will make another video soon about the best forearm exercises for hypertrophy

Gonna try this out, ive been training forearms for around a year and a half and have gotten sone decent size. Are there any other forearm hypertrophy movements which youd recommend?

I will make a video about that soon

Good secret how much cm u have in ur forearm?
@affilinskyy2 ай бұрын
17.5 inches when flexed, but its very hard to measure forearm circumference accurately since different people measure it differently

That looks like a hammer curl

This one involves the bicep alot less than a hammer curl and gives you the most emphasis on brachioradialis out of other exercises
